We adopted Sprinkles from a shelter. He is one of the best dogs. Sweet, lovable and barely barks indoors. Super smart, he will scratch at the door to go out and potty, and can push the screen door open with his nose to come inside. We have had him 2 years, and he is about 4 years old. He is also very friendly to people and loves to play and cuddle.
For the past 2 years, we have worked with Sprinkles on his aggressive behavior towards other dogs via trainers for ourselves and for the Sprinkles. The issue is that due to my family travel schedule Sprinkles is often boarded or cared for by others and we are not able to keep up with the training. As such the little guy reverts back to his aggressive behavior with dogs. Sprinkles needs an owner that can stay the course and continue to work to make sure he is social or at least tolerable of other dogs.
