Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Harper, a 2-year-old red heeler/beagle mix. At 28 lbs, she's fairly small--smaller than she looks in the photos. She's a little taller than a beagle, but slender and petite. She is very affectionate and is good with other dogs, although she does herd some of the other dogs in her foster home when they run in the house. :)
Harper is a sweet love who follows her foster mom everywhere. Harper appears to be housetrained, but she may have a couple of accidents at first due to anxiety.
