Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Commander Floof came to us through no fault of his own, when his owner became critically ill. Floof came to us overweight with dental disease and undiagnosed Hypothyroidism. Cm Floof is a very happy go lucky 9 year old purebred Pomeranian. He absolutely loves to play with his toys and even tries to play with his 3 little foster brothers. Floof is being fostered in a home with a 5 year old boy and 3 other dogs, he gets along great with everyone. Floof loves to lay on the couch with you and prefers to be around his people. Floof is well behaved in the house, he sees a lot of people coming and going and is happy to see everyone.
We are thrilled that Commander Floof is such a happy out going dog. We would love to see him in a home who has lots of time to spend with him. Floof's retirement home will be open to continuing his raw diet and keep at his weight loss regime. We would like to see him in a home with older children and no cats, as he sometimes likes to pester the resident cat.
At Revolutionary Rescue we search for perfect matches and as such we do not operate on a first come first serve basis. We ask that everyone fill out the adoption application (found below) and you will be contacted through email if you are selected for next steps. We do place a preference on raw feeding and positive training homes. Commander Floof's adoption fee is $300.00
Health:
Floof is on a strict raw diet to help ensure continued weight loss and optimal nutrition. He also requires a home that will continue an active exercise regime. He prefers short frequent walks rather than long hikes. Floof will be given a full dental once he has adjusted to his new Hypothyroid medications (cost is appx $45 a month). Other than the thyroid management Floof is a very happy healthy low maintenance boy. Floor will require minimal exposure to an kind of toxins. We have opted out of vaccines as they can further damage thyroid function.
