My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hudson, 3.7 yr old male Hound Mix (61 lbs) that is joining us from Heartland Humane Society.  Hudson is lively and outgoing hound dog, even if he, he looks guilty like he chased a cat up a tree or knocked the garbage over.  In reality he is well-mannered, very engaging with people, walks like a champ on a leash, crate trained, sits for treats, and typical of his breed likes to investigate the yard from end to end – hmmm, who was out here before me? Was it that pretty Aussie next door? Or that yappy terrier kid who has to mark everything. Yeah, bet it was him.  Hudson loves going to play group, his first time out he came in to a crowd of five or six dogs and laid on his back so his mates could do their ‘research’ and after they all did their official sniffing Hudson jumped up and was an instant hit. Here he is mugging for the camera  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMrCHOpNy6c  He is a darling boy who is going to be a wonderful addition to any family, he’s easy going with few demands - #1 Love me.  #2 Feed me.  #3 Love me some more. If you have room in your Heart and Home, that does not have small dogs or cats, typical of the working dog, ask how you can take me home today. Hudson's adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Heartworm testing, microchip ID, Vaccines including Rabies, lepto and influenza, flea treatment, general deworming, 30 days free pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and post adoption support!
