Greetings! I'm Mr. Lucky! I recently turned 7 years old but I'm not feeling too lucky. My owner surrendered me because she had no time. You see, I have dry eyes so I need my eyes cleaned 2-3 times a day and artificial tear drops. I'm trying to learn how to clean my eyes on my own so I won't be a burden to my new family but it's just impossible! I'm a sweet Shih-Tzu mix in need of a furever family who I will love unconditionally.
