My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cheeta is fully vetted now. Meet Cheeta, born 5-5-18 and arrived to Angels on Wheels on 6-9-18. Cheeta was given that name because she has a long slender body who is just adorable. Did you know only about 20% of orange tabbies are female? Well it's true and she's a gem!

Cheeta's super sweet and small for her age. She's a very friendly girl who loves to play with everything. She's always around where there is people, dogs or cats. She's fabulous with other animals and would be great with a cat friendly dog and/or another kitty. She loves everyone including toys and the laser pointer. Her favorite place to sleep is on a big dog bed on the table in front of the sunny window to watch the world and sunbathing.

The photo of the two orange kitties is Cheeta in the front and her brother Sinatra in the back.

Cheeta came to Angels on Wheels from a high intake shelter with wounds on his body. We thought possibly animal attack, but the vet thought it looked like he got caught in something like barb wire and slipped his way through to get out. As you can see, she is beautiful and all of her scares are all healed.

She's being fostered in a home in Naperville with his siblings Andre, Sinatra, Jeppetto, and Calloway. Naperville is where you and your family would go to meet this kitty after an adoption application has been submitted.

An adoption application must be submitted prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet. Adoption applications can be found on our website at angelsonwheels.org, then clicking on the applications tab.

Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but is required prior to making arrangements for a meet and greet as all of our animals are cared for in homes. We can't schedule meet and greets until the application is submitted and approved. We don't have a building so there are no viewing hours. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes by wonderful families who volunteer their time to save these precious souls. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The adoption fee of $150.00 includes:
Her Spay which is now done
