My story

Gigi is once again looking for a furever home. Sadly, she was recently adopted but it didn’t work out with the resident animals, she was bossy with them. Gigi is fine with the dogs in her foster home, but we are now recommending that Gigi goes to a home without other pets. Gigi has so much affection to give that no other pets are needed! She’s shy with strangers, but as you can see in these videos her foster family sent us, she is a friendly adorable kitty once she knows you! Gigi is only 6 years old. She had a rough start in life, being in a hoarding situation, then living outdoors, and she has waited a long time for her forever family. This lovely kitty so deserves her happy ending! Gigi is on heart medication and requires special food.

More about this rescue

Animal Lifeline Inc., is a small non-profit rescue organization, dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of sick and/or injured stray and abandoned dogs and cats. Created by the employees of an animal hospital in Burlington County, NJ, we believe that as animal health care professionals, we not only have the opportunity, but also the responsibility to help animals that shelters might otherwise be forced to euthanize.
Animal Lifeline, Inc. is an animal rescue group, not a shelter. Animals are placed in foster care whenever possible; they're boarded at a veterinary hospital when foster homes are not available, or when illness prevents in-home care.
All animals are examined by veterinarians. Dogs are heart-worm tested, and cats are FIV/FELV tested. They are fully vaccinated, wormed and spayed or neutered (if old enough).
