My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chance is about 5 months old and he has a soft chestnut coat and ears that stick up! FHDR rescued him along with his sister from an over-populated shelter in St Marten and they are now living in foster home in NJ.

Chance's foster family says….”Chance enjoys playing with his sister and our dog, playing with toys, chasing balls, and he loves playing outside! Outside Chauncey is an active puppy who enjoys exploring, running around and having playtime. And he enjoys his walks! Inside he is a shy but he loves to follow around our dog and my kids. He will also snuggle up next to the kids and will sleep with them. Chance sleeps though the night without having accidents and he is doing great with house training. He knows the commands “no”, “come” and is learning “sit”. Chance is as sweet as sweet can be!”

This handsome puppy is on the shy side but like our fosters, he adjusts to a loving family. He would do well in a home with another dog or children (older than 7 ). We are sure there is someone out there that sees how special and deserving our sweet Chance is and will want to spoil him rotten.

Please note, the breeds on the island are different than in the US. So we can’t tell for sure what breed the puppy is but what we do know is the puppy is 100% sweetness.

Please note Furever Home Dog Rescue does not adopt puppies/dogs to homes where they will be alone all day.

The breed this pet is listed as is Furever Home Dog Rescue's best guess as we have no background info on who the mom and dad are.

Furever Home Dog Rescue does not have a shelter facility you can visit. Our volunteers foster the dogs and pups in their homes once they have been vetted and transported to NJ.
