My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tahini is a domestic shorthair (DSH), female, 3 months of age, DOB: (4/24/18).

Tahini is a playful and rambunctious little kitten who would make a great addition to any family! She loves to chase bells, balls, and any other toy she can get her paws on. She befriends everyone she meets and loves to ride around on the shoulders of those she trusts! Tahini is very much a people person and loves to stick close with her friends. She is more than happy to quietly purr herself to sleep in your arms or on your lap.

If you're interested in adopting two kittens (which is often recommended), Skittles would make a great choice!

Tahini is best suited as an indoor pet and companion for a home with a low to moderately-active lifestyle.

As with all Monroe SPCA adoptable cats, a home visit and a meet-n-greet with any housemate pets will be required prior to adoption.

Tahini currently resides at Monroe SPCA’s Adoption Center and Resale Store/The Fur Factory. You can meet her Tuesday – Thursday, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Friday 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, or by appointment; closed Sunday, Monday, and National Holidays.

All Monroe SPCA cats available for adoption have an adoption fee of $85.00. This fee includes the cat being spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped with lifelong registration prior to adoption.
