Winston is a sweet little guy, 7 years old and all of 16 lbs. He is loving and affectionate. He came from a hoarding situation and can have issues with food so he needs an experienced adopter who can properly handle feeding time. He is most comfortable around other dogs, and he seems to do best with female dogs and really wants a friendly dog that will play with him. He is still shy and nervous around strangers. He is not leash trained and needs a securely fenced yard. He was shaved at the shelter due to severe matting and his coat is growing back nicely, he is either a piebald or color headed white. Due to his small size and nervous nature, no small children. Winston is ready for his new home and is being fostered in Wilmington, De.
