Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Yeti. I was rescued from the dog meat trade in South Korea by CARE and the DoVE Project. My fate would have been to live in fear and distress, watching dog after dog being led to slaughter for human consumption - until it was my turn... DoVE Project saved me and now I am in search of my forever home!
A few months ago, CARE began to rescue dogs from a very large dog meat farm. There were hundreds of dogs living in filthy cages and eating rotting food, suffering from chronic malnutrition, dehydration, and skin diseases, all in the blistering heat of summer. CARE took in as many dogs as they could, including a beautiful dog named Elena. I'm one of her puppies!
I'm a Jindo mix, approximately 4 months old. Full grown, I'll probably be about 60 lbs. My mom is about 62 pounds! We Jindos are known for our intelligence, loyalty and gentle nature. We make great house dogs but also enjoy romps in nature. I would love going to dog parks with you, on hikes, and on trips to the beach! I just want to be your best friend.
I'm up to date with my shots and love playing with my puppy friends. I'm ready to jump into your arms and heart with unconditional love. My tail is always wagging and my heart is open to the kindness of strangers. I can't wait to feel safe and loved with my forever family. I'm healthy, happy, and loving pup. I hope I can meet you very soon!
We are a foster home based rescue and have no physical facility to visit.
