My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cricket is a 4 yr old spayed female who was originally adopted from Kentucky SAVE as a kitten. She has been in the same home since her adoption up until recently when, through no fault of her own and due to extenuating circumstances in the owner's home, Cricket's previous owner is unable to keep her.

Cricket is a petite, sweet yet animated girl with loads of personality. She loves giving and receiving affection and lets you know her satisfaction through her gentle coos or by resting a paw on your chest. She has a very well-balanced activity level – she enjoys her naps just as much as her play time. Cricket was raised around other cats and dogs, and has been very quick to demand attention and snuggles from her current foster siblings (dogs). She is good with the cat in her foster home and is clearly more eager to be best friends with him than he is of her. She'll do very well in a home with another animal companion. She's up to date on all her vaccinations and vet work, is reliably litter box trained and is happy to use a cardboard scratch pad instead of a couch! She's really a perfect little girl.

Cricket has a mild neurological disorder that manifests in a tilted or shaking head, and she is sometimes a bit wobbly on her feet, but it is not serious or negatively impacting.

To adopt one of our rescues you can submit an adoption application at http://www.kentuckysave.org/adoption.html Once your application is received and approved we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet with the animal. Adoption fee is $75 + tax each, or any two kitties for $125 + tax . This includes spay/neuter, microchip, and being up to date on vaccinations. Thank you!
