My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cody! Cody is just about the sweetest boy you will ever meet. Weighing in at around 20lbs, he is a big bundle of snuggles. Cody was adopted from The Pet Rescue Center 2 years ago, but recently returned when his family fell on hard times. He has been very loved and well taken care of and is now looking for a second chance at his forever family. Cody has lived with children and loves every person that he meets. If there is a lap, he will be sitting in it. If there is a face, he will be giving it kisses. Have another dog? He loves dogs! Got a cat? No problem! Cody is just the bestest boy in town and an absolute must meet if you are looking for a new pup to adopt. Contact us today to meet Cody!

ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
