My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A kind woman rescued this sweet girl in Pacific Palisades and has tried unsuccessfully for months to find her home, so now Sophie is available for adoption. She is a young (Vets thinks around 1 year old) female black cat with adorable very white whiskers. She's around 9 lbs or so. She needs a home where she can be the only pet (she appears to be afraid of other animals) and an indoor only kitty (not negotiable). Sophie is healthy and fully vetted. Message from foster ( who would love to keep her but has a dominant cat in the home ) "She can be shy with new people but soon warms up and once she knows you she's an absolute doll and such a sweet cat who loves to have her belly rubbed and cuddle. She is also very good at night. She lets me sleep and even lets me sleep in when I need to. It doesn't take long to fall in love with her. Would be best for her to be with someone who is a big cat lover (or animal lover) who has had a pet before and can give her the love and patience she needs to feel safe so she can relax and feel at home. I want her to have the happiest life possible and believe she needs to be the sole pet in a household for that to be possible."
