Eva had a loving home where she grew up with children. However, when a new baby arrived, she became anxious and out of sorts. She's looking for a quieter and child-free environment where she can thrive.

Eva's Ideal Home:
Eva is a special dog looking for an understanding and patient owner who has experience with the Shepherd breed. She forms incredibly strong bonds with her "people," and she thrives in a calm, low-traffic environment. Her ideal home would be:

Experienced Shepherd Owner: Someone who knows and appreciates the breed's intelligence, loyalty, and protective nature. Experience with Shepherds is a must.

Child-Free Home: Eva's anxiety around children means she would do best in a home without kids. This will help her feel more secure and comfortable.

Quiet Environment: A calm and low-traffic home will suit Eva's temperament. She'll feel at ease without the hustle and bustle of a busy household.

Patience and Understanding: Eva needs an owner who is willing to take things slow and give her the time she needs to adjust to her new environment. With patience and understanding, she'll blossom into the amazing dog she's meant to be.

Love for Treats: Eva loves treats, so her new family should be prepared to use positive reinforcement in her training and to keep her engaged and happy.

We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).

Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Eva's adoption fee is $200. This also covers all age-appropriate shots, vetting & microchipping.

**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
