My story

Angel came to us from a breeding facility. This girl is now loving life!

Here are a few words from her foster mom:

“Angel loves to play tug and tag. She chases lizards, birds, squirrels, hunts turtles, and jumps on anything that moves. She needs a family that will play outside with her in a big fenced yard. . She likes older children that are respectful.

“She is afraid of thunder and lightning, so perhaps a Thundershirt or Zyklene would be good for her during storms.

“She likes other small dogs, but can be fearful of large unruly dogs. Angel requires a mountain of toys. Loves to tear paper. She is a big lap puppy and if allowed will be sleeping in bed with you I am sure.She rarely ever barks and when she does it is more like a squeaky toy. She is very intelligent and would do well in scent work or agility or other canine sports.”

Although we were told that Angel was four years old when we got her, we believe that she is much younger. Judging from behavior we are guessing about two years. Angel is house and crate trained. She is chipped and up-to-date on vaccines. We require a fenced yard. We do not adopt to homes with young children. You may contact us at claireelizabeth@petssecondchance.org or call 314-422-2350.
