Meet Zeus 5656
The hot and humid afternoon was uncomfortable for both man and beast but 2-year-old Zeus was a trooper and patiently put up with the requests for "just one more" pose. His friendly and easy-going nature is instantly appreciated as he enjoys a hug and a kind touch on his soft fur. Zeus also endeared himself to a family who was looking at the HS canines for a possible friend for their dog. They were directed to the enclosed courtyard where Zeus was found cooling off in a doggy wading pool as he escaped the heat of the day. The two 6-year-old boys who were visiting with their mom, found this opportunity calling out to them in a voice that could not be ignored. With his smiles and body language speaking plainly in kid jargon, "Hop in, the water is cool and we will laugh together as we splash each other till there is no water left, and don't worry, mom won't mind the soaking wet clothes because she wants to see us happy!" And mom, being the accepting, nurturing guide that she is, joined in their laughter which was going to be turned into a great bedtime story later that day. Zeus loves every human he meets and also enjoys the bark park excursions, joining in playtime with every canine present, no matter the number, the gender, the breed or the size. Zeus is a gentle, kind creature that will bring unfettered friendship into any family and provide them with adventures that last a lifetime.
