My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome, Naira! Naira is a 5 month old German Shepherd puppy who, at her young age, has been through quite a bit. Naira was brought into the shelter as a stray and spent a month there before she was taken to the Courage to Train program. Naira has been socialized and is used to being around people, other dogs, and in a house. Naira would make the perfect family dog. She is already blossoming into into a very loving and loyal dog. Naira would do great with older children or another dog as a companion. Because she is so young, she needs a family that is willing to continue her training, provide her with plenty of socialization, and exercise her regularly. Naira will grow to be an amazing dog and we are currently accepting applications for her.
**Naira has some potty training issues** She has accidents in her crate sometimes. This is an issue that will get better as she grows older. It can be easily managed with dog diapers, outside time, and managing when she drinks her water.
