This is Baxter! Baxter was found as an abandoned kitten in Detroit. He is very outgoing, friendly and playful. He would love to have a family who will play with him and give him lots of love. He gets along with other kitties and cat- friendly dogs. Baxter is very vocal and not hesitant to let you know when he wants your attention.
