Hi there, I’m Nerva, a two-year-old girl. I’m looking hard for a new lap I can settle down on for a looonnng time! As you can see, most of my fur is a dignified charcoal gray, so it blends nicely if a little of it happens to stay on your work clothes or your jeans. Plus I have those cute white bunny feet!

I used to have a family in Frederick County, but they left me outside most of the time, with the fleas and other scary stuff. I’m much happier indoors, where I’ve stopped scratching and my scabs have healed up nicely. I’m curious and eager to explore all the new things I see in here - toys on strings, water straight from the tap, fresh laundry, and keyboards. My foster family taught me that some of these things are not cat toys, and they say I’ve really blossomed into an indoor companion kitty. I’ll sleep through the night on your bed and dip my paw in your water glass in the morning, if you say it’s okay. Think of all the fun we could have together!
