Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carter is a 2 year old Cocker Spaniel who weighs 25 pounds. Carter was likely abused sometime in his past as he snaps at sudden arm and hand movements that he probably associates with being hit. He would need a dog savvy family who could continue to reinforce with him that he is now safe. For obvious reasons, we would recommend a family with no young children.
