My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Niblett is a teeny girl who only weighs about 3.8 pounds and is about 18 months old. She was rescued from a local shelter when her owners did not come to find her. She is such a super sweet little girl. She loves to play and has a special monkey toy that is almost bigger than she is. Niblett gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home, LOVES people, and follows her foster parents from room to room. She loves to be held and give kisses. Please note that because Niblett is so tiny and has delicate bones, we do not recommend her to families with children under 7.

We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention. All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
