Meet Neko! He is part of a bonded pair that came into DCSIR--unusual because he came in with a cat! Neko has been neutered since coming in to rescue. The vet staff said he is a very sweet boy! Neko and his bonded buddy, Kitty are both big cuddlers! Please welcome Neko to the DC SIR family!
