My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey my name is Dakota. I am a 1 yr old(45lbs), male, possible Dutch Shephard/ black cur mix. I found myself at AC, scared and not sure how I got there. They said I was fearful, when all I needed was someone who understood I needed a little time. A nice lady came in and would sit with me. She would talk to me and it didn’t take long before we became best friends. I was heart worm positive but the rescue took care of me and now I am negative. I was very scared of men but now I don’t mind them once I get to know them. I am good with most other dogs with proper introduction. I am a sweet, smart who is looking for a forever home. I am UTD on all my vaccines, neutered, on heart worm prevention and microchipped.
