WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, WE ARE AN ALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Please do not contact us to come look at a dog We will contact you once we have received and reviewed your completed application. A Home visit as well as a reference check MUST be completed before a meet & greet.

Koma, possibly an Irish Terrier mix, 1 year old, female,
33 lbs, spayed, chipped, heart worm negative,

There is always that very special one in rescue where from the moment you meet eyes you know there is something so deeply special there between you. Koma is that one, not only do we feel it in our rescue but so does the Korea Rescue who rescued her.

The rescue story of Koma is one of pure evil & horror, Koma was born in the back of a dog meat farm, yes unfortunately, but she was the lucky one, her siblings did not make it out alive we are beyond grateful to the Korean Rescue & don’t have enough gratitude in this case.

Koma was fostered by a wonderful professional dog trainer from the get go along with Chaykke another little rescue from Korea so she has already been through training in Korea & the foster home in Korea absolutely adored her.

Koma is now a US citizen & looking for her forever family to love & cherish her as she has already been through so much.
This sweet little lady is full of puppy love & energy & at the age of 1 she loves to play with other dogs so it’s mandatory she go to a home where there are other dogs present in the home who enjoy playing. She is so very sweet & affectionate with people, & enjoys being cuddled & playing & being hugged by humans. She does jump at you to be cuddled & hugged so small children in the home is not the best idea. Koma rides great in a car & walks absolutely beautifully on the leash.
We have also had Koma around many breeds of dogs in the rescue all shapes & sizes & she does amazing around everyone.

Kkoma is perhaps an Irish Terrier mix, what she is mixed with we do not know, she is 33 lbs & still growing, she is spayed, chipped, up to date on her shots, heart worm negative, has been dewormed & looking for her forever family.

Kkoma is extremely thin & her foster family in Korea were working on fattening her up to where she should be but it takes quite a bit of time considering how thin they are when we get them.
Now we are trying to fatten her up & put weight onto her & this would need to be continued with her new forever home. She is always so active being only 1 she has puppy energy.

As with all of our rescues & Koma friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to.

Koma has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had her around small children & she would need work around children as she likes to jump at you once you know you to receive love & cuddles so in her forever home this would be up to the new family to be responsible with.

We do not know for sure what breed Koma is mixed with & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is.

Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Koma & going through the process and have read her listing fully to the end & are interested in adopting. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview, and a home visit followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Kkoma that meet all the requirements for this little sweet lady.
Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately.

Kkoma has an adoption fee of $735 & is ready for her forever home.

An application must be filled out before consideration for adoption. Please do not apply for a dog until you are ready to commit a lifetime to him/her. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit group of animal lovers. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable as we need these funds to pay our current medical bills for our dogs as well as any future dogs we rescue as well.
As an adopter, you must be prepared to accept the fact that these dogs are rescues and, just like you and I, they all have their own individual personalities. In most cases, these little ones have been through a difficult journey that started when their family gave them up or they became lost. They may have been under stress, neglected or even abused in their past life or frightened by being left alone on the streets to fend for themselves.
Our number one focus is finding these little loves a wonderful forever home with a family who is going to care for them and show them what it is like to be loved, a safe environment, a full belly and a warm bed. These sweet babies do not ask for much from you but they may require a little patience and understanding.
