My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If short, stubby legs are your thing, we have the guy for you! Mango (who was found in Fruitland, TN — hence the name, Mango) is approximately 6 months old and weighs 20 pounds. He was SO SKINNY when he entered our program, but he has put on some much needed weight!!

Mango thinks people are the greatest thing since sliced bread. He does well with most dogs AFTER he gets a chance to warm up to them. He’s a little “growly” initially. He also has some food aggression issues, but who wouldn’t if you were previously starved? As long as he is fed separately from other dogs, he does fine.

Mango LOVES to cuddle and give kisses. He is working hard on housebreaking! He wants a home for the holidays. Will it be yours?
