My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luxor is a beautiful, elegant 9-month-old gray tabby who loves to play. She has the gorgeous spotted coat so prized in the Egyptian Mau and Bengal, plus many of their personality traits, too. She's agile, athletic and great at catching toys in midair, performing all sorts of leaps and flips. Lux is extremely intelligent - she can open latches and the clasps of various collars; she even figured out how to open a container of treats! Luxor is sweet and generous; she graciously shared the box of treats with the other cats. She is very considerate of the younger kittens, always making sure her larger size doesn't disadvantage them during games, and tolerant of being pounced on and having her tail grabbed while she's trying to sleep. Lux has lots of energy and loves wrestling and playing chase with them. Like many Maus, Luxor is confident and happy with those she's used to, but hesitant with new people and environments. She's independent and likes to take her time to consider new things. Lux truly loves being petted, and with a little encouragement, she's made friends easily with her vet and the staff of the local pet store. Luxor is a good fit for people who appreciate cats' slightly wild grace, agility, independence and intelligence. She would like to have an active family that can play with her and provide her mental stimulation, as well as enjoy pets and cuddles during downtime. Lux really enjoys having buddies and her very best friend in the whole world is Gemma, another kitten she met here. These two love each other so much, and need to go to a new home together. Luxor is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative and up-to-date on vaccines. Are you ready to welcome a loving little leopard look-alike into your living room?
