My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tegan is almost 3 years old and a wonderful, devoted Collie. He is a tricolor collie whose relinquishing owner had to move. He had Tegan micro-chipped, neutered, and his shots are up to date.

Tegan’s former owners filled out a shelter animal profile when they turned him over to the Contra Costa Animal Services in Martinez. Tegan loves to be brushed, herds, likes kid and cats. He is a young collie who plays well with our own collies, but believes the world revolves around himself. He is a very smart young collie.

Tegan is a very adventuresome collie and is very vocal, he really has a lot to say. He is very vocal both inside the house as well as outside and barks a lot. He is a very happy young collie and loves to play "chuck-it" because he loves to run. He barks at the recycle can when I roll it up the driveway and is learning to play more gently with our collies. Tegan is very heathly and is heart worm negative. Updated 05.06.2009
