This dog is being fostered in Dallas TX and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or the southern Oklahoma area.

Meet one of our “terrific three” puppies – Barbara!
In August, CRT received a call from Dallas Animal Services. A family had stopped by and surrendered three adorable puppies. As you know, a shelter is no place for puppies, so DAS reached out and asked if we could take them in to our program, get them vetted, and find them forever homes. These puppies are adorable and we are happy to help. All three of these puppies are girls. Barbara is one of these puppies!
Barbara loves the other small dogs in her foster home. She loves to run and play with them. Barbara has the longest legs of the three girls, and she loves to show them off by jumping. She has an adorable jump with a mid-air twist that she will do for you. It is her special talent and we know you will be impressed. Barbara also loves toys. Her favorites are the stuffed ones and the squeaky balls.
Barbara also adores her human family. She is curious and will follow you around to see what you are working on. She loves being in the same room with you. She also loves to cuddle and be petted. She will lay in your lap like a baby and turn over for a belly rub. She will also put her head on your shoulder to cuddle (and there goes your heart – it just melts!). Barbara is fascinated by computers. When her foster Mom works from home, Barbara wants to get on her lap, look at the computer, and watch how it works. If you need an office helper, Barbara wants to volunteer! She is pretty quiet, and we think she would make a great office buddy.
Barbara is very smart. She is working on her potty training. She will go potty outside, or use pee pee pads inside. She currently sleeps in a doggie bed cuddling with her two sisters.
Barbara is about 4-5 months old. She currently weighs 8.7 pounds, but does not look large because of her lean body and beautiful legs. She is mostly white with tan highlights. We believe Barbara would do best in a home with another small dog to play with. If you do not have a dog and want to consider two, she would love to have you consider one of her two sisters: Bubbles and Buttercup! Barbara currently is growing up with a human sister who is 10 and she is Barbara’s favorite person in the world. Barbara would love to grow up in a home with older, mature children.
Barbara and her siblings have all completed their vet work and are ready for their forever homes.
