This dog is being fostered in Dallas TX and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or the southern Oklahoma area.

Meet one of our “terrific three” puppies – Buttercup!
In August, CRT received a call from Dallas Animal Services. A family had stopped by and surrendered three adorable puppies. As you know, a shelter is no place for puppies, so DAS reached out and asked if we could take them in to our program, get them vetted, and find them forever homes. These puppies are adorable and we are happy to help. All three of these puppies are girls. Buttercup is one of these puppies!
Buttercup loves the other small dogs in her foster home. She loves to run and play with them. She has a special routine where she will spin in circles when she gets excited and then run around the house. She loves to do this when you come home. She is so excited to see you that she just can’t help herself. If you would like someone to greet you with joy and love every day, Buttercup is your girl! She also loves to go out into the yard and run. She is the most active of the three sisters. If you have an active home, you will love her. Buttercup also loves toys of all kinds.
Once Buttercup is done playing, she loves to crawl up in your lap for a nap and some snuggle time. She adores her human family. She wants to greet you, exercise with you, and snuggle with you. Buttercup plays hard, and then snuggles with all her might! She will melt your heart like butter!
Buttercup is very smart. She is working on her potty training. She will go potty outside, or use pee pee pads inside. She currently sleeps in a doggie bed cuddling with her two sisters.
Buttercup is about 4-5 months old. She currently weighs 8.6 pounds, but does not look large because of her lean body. She is mostly white with tan highlights. We believe Buttercup would do best in a home with another small dog to play with. If you do not have a dog and want to consider two, she would love to have you consider one of her two sisters: Barbara and Bubbles! Buttercup currently is growing up with a human sister who is 10 and she is Buttercup’s favorite person in the world. Buttercup would love to grow up in a home with older, mature children.
Buttercup and her siblings have all completed their vet work and are ready for their forever homes.
