Chang is a silly little guy. He's the most laid back happy pup. He's great with children, dogs, and cats. He loves to snuggle and a true lap dog. Chang was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. He was a sad baby when first rescued but now is safe and loved in a foster home and is now ready to join his forever family. He's is looking for a family where he will be the center of their universe. His adoption fee is $200 His fees will include all his vetting. He is crate and potty trained.
