My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Honey is a little dog (10 lbs) with silky blond fur and an adorable under bite. She is 2 years old. We are guessing that she is part spaniel, although her long body suggests some Dachshund. Her foster mom calls her a total charmer with a sweet disposition.

Honey is a little shy, but seems to like everyone once she gets to know them. She spent much of her time at her first adoption showing in a volunteer’s lap. Although she can startle and bark at unexpected noises or movement, she settles quickly.

Honey is good in the home and uses a doggie door to go outside. She enjoys getting out for walks and will profit from more leash practice. Honey gets along well with other dogs in her foster home. She enjoys playing with them and with her toys, but is just as happy to nuzzle up to her person and get a belly rub. (We don’t know how she is with cats.)
