Tigger's owner went into a nursing home, and Tigger slowly watched as his owner's entire apartment was emptied out around him, until he was the last thing left. Family thought their only option was to euthanize the cat, so a local animal lover stepped in and offered to rehome him herself. Tigger is a shy guy that is slowing getting used to life without his beloved owner.
