Bailey entered ARF's care in rough shape but with lots of love and attention, he is the healthy, happy kitten you see before you! Over time his whorled stripes have become more defined and he is quite the handsome guy. He enjoys wrestling with his litter-mates or pondering the view out a window. He seems undecided on whether he's a "lap cat," but he could probably be convinced by the right human.
