Mel is a very sweet and quiet 1 year old pug min pin mix. He was surrendered to the shelter, not certain what his past life was like. He was taken care of physically, and just needs his confidence in the world built up. Since he was left at the shelter, he is getting over the fears of being left in a noisy kennel after being in a home since puppyhood. He is currently in foster and is learning to trust, slowly working on how to walk on a leash. Until he is comfortable doing walks, he could use a quiet small yard or quiet patch of grass for his bathroom needs. He bonds quickly and solidly when he feels safe with his human friends, and is a very mellow, chill dog. He does well with other dogs small and large. He does not need high level activity and will be perfectly comfortable hanging at home or the office by your side. If you are looking for a constant companion who would love nothing more than to be with you or on your lap, Mel is your pup!!! There is no question that he is sweet, loving, gentle, loyal, and is ready for the new chapter in his life to begin in a loving forever home.
