Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cindy is a Jack Russell Terrier mix who was born on November 4, 2018. Unlike her siblings, Cindy is completely white in color with a few black spots on her ears. Unfortunately, the genes that give her bright white fur also rendered her deaf. Coincidentally, her foster parents also own an adult deaf dog, and are experienced in this special need. They explain that having a deaf dog is much simpler and easier than one would expect, and that they train very well using hand signals instead of words. Because of Cindy’s deafness, we are asking that her forever family be experienced dog owners, and have a fenced-in yard.
Cindy is 7 months old and still looking for her forever home. We are estimating her adult size will be about 25lbs. She already understands several hand signals and is always making eye contact for direction. She is house and crate trained and absolutely loves all her toys. She gets along well with other dogs and walks well on a leash.
Cindy is being fostered in a home. Appointments to visit her will be set up for approved adopters only. Adoption fee is $275 which includes all age appropriate vaccines and she is already spayed and microchipped. Her adoptive family will be required to attend training classes with her.
