Emmie is a YOUNG 10 yr old Yorkie mix weighing about 6 lbs .
I was found and brought to LCDAS where upon examination they found that I had a large bladder stone and a mammary gland tumor. They were removed and I'm healed and ready to find a home. I am about 10 years old but look and act much younger. I have excellent hearing and eyesight but have a bit of a bum leg, perhaps an old ACL tear but it does not slow me down a bit and now that I am taking an anti-inflammatory medication I am even speedier. I love to meander along seemingly to a destination but always get sidetracked by a scent that I can't quite resist. I am a very puppy playful, loving to chase and shake my squeaky toys and am always up for a game of tug of war. I enjoy the company of my calm foster sister but would prefer to not be around big, rowdy dogs. I am not picky about humans, loving everyone I meet. I'm quiet and only bark when the UPS man knocks or when my foster Mom is late with dinner. I am super cute with a happy, bubbly, Life is Good personality, please ask to meet me.
