Here's what the humans have to say about me:
LUCY is a 6 month old Golden/Spaniel mix. We rescued from owners who did not
have the time and attention to give her when she was 8 weeks old. She is
very sweet, confident and great with other dogs and all people. We have been
trying to place her with her best friend, Tessa, but have not had any luck,
although it is still our FIRST choice to place them together.
Please note: Lucy had just been bathed when these pics were taken so her
hair is still partially wet, which is why it looks to be different shades.
We are ONLY looking to place Lucy into a home where there is another active
and playful younger dog.
Lucy will not do well with a sedentary owner , or with an owner who has a
sedentary dog. She loves to run and play, so a yard would be preferable. An
owner who is not gone all day would be ideal. A home with a chaotic
environment would also not be good for this young dog. We are looking to
adopt her to people who have love, time and attention to give her.
PLEASE do not contact us of you do not have another dog, unless you wish to
adopt her with Tessa. We only adopt in Southern California as a HOME CHECK
AND TWO WEEK TRIAL PERIOD ARE REQUIRED.
Lucy is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated.
