Meet Mowgli! He was pulled from Antioch Animal Services today and is a very happy boy. 🐶👫🏠
Mowgli had his initial checkup, he is in good shape. He was doing well in vet office, well behaved. Mowgli settled in with his new foster family and started his process of decompresses from all the shelter stress. 🐾🐕

What we do know of Mowgli is he's just under 50 lbs and approximately 4-5 years old, listed as a Boxer/Pit mix and is as sweet and gentle as can be. He loves everyone and everything including cats, all sized dogs and is great with children.🐾💟

Mowgli is already house-trained, calm and has good manners; he's just a charming little gentleman and love❣️Mowgli has slightly vision issues, his eye lid "rolls" inward. This inward rolling often causes the hair on the surface of the eyelid to rub against the cornea (outer part of the eyeball) resulting in pain, corneal ulcers or corneal erosions. If anyone wants to help- donations are great to fund for his medical needs. Mowgli lives with his foster family in Bay areas. They went for hiking New Year Eve and Mowgli is doing very well. All the required shots are up-to-date for Mowgli. He is also microchipped. Mowgli is patiently waiting for his home.
