My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our Maggie is a very sweet little Shihtzu girl weighing 16 lbs and is 10 years old which is
about 50 in human years as a small breed so she still has a great deal of
mileage on her. Maggie is considered Special Needs as she is diabetic. She
takes 6 units of insulin twice a day. She is so good for this and just stands
there waiting for the little poke. She is up to date with vaccines,
spayed, and microchipped.
Maggie is a very quiet little girl unless there is a knock at the door and then
she will bark to show her tough side. She loves people and greets them
with her tail just wagging like crazy. She has not been accustomed to other
dogs and was not happy at first, she did need two corrections and since
then is learning to get along with her house mates. Maggie would be happy
just to spend her days with her humans by her side. She is so very excited
to see you when you come home from errands and jumps up and down with
happiness, she likes to give kisses too.
Maggie needs a calm home, it’s not that she doesn’t like children, she is
just a little jumpy with sudden movements and noises. I keep telling her
that she will have to get used to me dropping my cane a dozen times a day!
Maggie came to us shaved down, I am sure she will have a beautiful fluffy
silky blonde coat when it grows in. Do you have room on your lap ready for
