Kai is an incredibly handsome male German Shepherd/Akita who is intelligent, alert, protective and yet affectionate and playful. Kai walks nicely on a leash, carries himself like a police dog, and knows basic obedience skills like "sit", "stay", and "down." Kai wants nothing more than to please you and will be a lifelong, loyal companion. Like many large-breed dogs, we found that Kai does not like cats, and would probably be happiest to be your only dog although he might accept a well-mannered, spayed female dog. Kai is neutered, up to date with all of his vaccinations, and like all of our dogs in rescue, comes with free, lifetime coaching and support. Kai is located in Southern California.
