Tadoka is the most absolute sweetest boy. He wondered up to someones porch and they reached out to us for help with him, and we are so glad they did. Takoda is a bit under weight but in no time we will have him fattened up. He is eating great. Takoda never meets a stranger and is very friendly and social. Its apparent that he has never been on leash and will need work with that. But he is very smart and I am sure it will not take him long to catch on to that whole situation. Takoda is so loving and loves to play. Takoda would do best in a home where he will get plenty of exercise. He enjoys belly rubs and yummy treats. He is going to make such a wonderful family companion.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Petland Discounts in Southbury on Friday, February 1st from 2pm - 6pm and on Saturday February 2nd from 10am - 2pm, CPR will be at Petco in Southington. Lastly on Sunday February 3rd CPR will be at PetValu in Southbury from 10am - 1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
