My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mya is a sweet, floppy teenager who is looking for her forever home. Mya was born 4/19/18, so she is not quite 10 months old, and enjoys playing, especially with a laser pointer. She is also curious and loves exploring new things. In her foster home, Maya lives with a large, mellow lab mix dog, and other cats who she enjoys playing with now and then. As you can see by her photos, she also loves to lounge in the cat bed on her cat tree.

Mya is social, outgoing kitty who will greet you, and any visitors to your home. If you’re relaxing on the couch, she likes to lie on your lap or next to you. She absolutely loves cuddling up to you in bed. Since Mya has long hair, she needs someone who can comb/brush her regularly, and her bottom may need to be trimmed occasionally also.

Mya would do best in a home without children, or with older children who are respectful. She would do fabulous with a retired couple or a couple with no kids that has one other nice kitty. She would do okay with a mellow, respectful dog.

Mya has been spayed, vaccinated, has tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia, and was born on 4/19/18, so is almost 10 months old.
