My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Twitter
If you are looking for a friendly, gentle lap cat, Twitter is your gal. Born Dec. 2013, this petite calico is looking for a forever home after loosing hers to divorce. With those she knows, she tries to climb into your lap at every opportunity. Sometimes Twitter reaches up and wants to be picked up and held draped on your shoulder. She often leg rubs. She adores petting and brushing. She'll start purring as soon as you start. Twitter plays with interactive toys if her son Kerble isn't around creating competition. On her own, she likes fake mice and certain types of balls. Twitter is very interested in watching the wildlife perched in front of a window.

Her litter box habits are spot on. She likes scratching posts and cat trees. Twitter is quiet until food time, at which she will tell you that you are not feeding her fast enough. It is funny.
She is hesitant of strangers for about 30 minutes, and if they are quiet and sitting on the floor, she will come over to investigate, receive some petting, then stick around, and often sit in their lap.

In her past home there was a medium sized dog that she liked and periodically snuggled with. In the past she would join the parents for sleeping for part of the night.
Twitter is fine with calm, respectful kids, letting them pick her up and sitting in their lap. If kids are noisy and very active, she will find someplace to get away.

Twitter and her son have been together all their lives and are bonded. Two cats are just as easy, maybe easier to care for, than one cat. They entertain each other and keep each other company while you are busy or at work. Adoption fee for the pair is $199.

Cat Tales Rescue pets have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message for Marjory 612-202-9492 or email xxq107@hotmail.com.
