Everyone meet Spiff! Spiff is such a sweet and versatile little dog. Unfortunately, due to abuse, Spiff had to have a major leg surgery (FHO) in October 2018 to save his life. He certainly has not let his temporary handicap slow him down. He's recovered beautifully and is now ready for adoption!
