Okay, okay, let me take a breath and calm down, so I can really tell you about how awesome I am! Inhale, exhale, okay, let’s do this!
I was found wandering the streets of Mexico. The people who found me tried finding my humans, but didn’t have any luck, so now I’m here in Toronto, and can I ask you – where’s the beach?! I’m starting to get used to the cold and snow, but I can’t wait for spring and summer to get here already!
I’m still a young dude, 1 year and 6 months old to be exact, and I have a lot of energy, so I will need an active family with a yard to play in! I mean, I could also live in a condo or apartment, just as long as you get me outside A LOT, please!!
I am also pretty vocal too, so please keep this in mind if you live in an apartment! I will bark when someone is at the door, or if a stranger approaches too quickly. I can also show some signs of aggression if a stranger tries to pet me before I get a chance to be properly introduced to them. My foster parents are working with me on this though!
I love playing with humans and other dogs, but if I had to choose, I’d pick my four legged buddies over humans. I mean, other dogs just get me, you know what I mean?
I’m independent, but still super obedient! I don’t have any separation anxiety, so you go to work and do your thing, and I’ll be home waiting excitedly for you to come back! I am housetrained, and crate trained, and car rides don’t bother me one little bit! Let’s go on a trip!
Once my energy is all used up, I just love to cuddle up on your lap, and shower you with love! Like I said, I’m still a little wary of strangers, but as long as I’m properly introduced, I warm up really quickly! I’m really just loads of fun, bundled up with tons of energy, and piles of cuddles to give you! Are you my forever human? Please reach out to my rescue if you think I am the one for you! I will try to hold my excitement until I meet you, but I can’t make any promises! My tail is already wagging over here!
