Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zane is a very good boy who was living outside but has adapted well to being indoors. He's enjoying regular meals, a warm safe place to sleep, and does not tire of receiving cheek scratches and pets. He's got a luxuriously soft coat that is a pleasure to pet. His favorite is being curry combed and melting into a puddle. He likes getting pets in between bites of his food and sometimes expresses his opinion about his food.
He mostly keeps to himself. He is not a lap cat and does not appreciate being picked up. He's very good with his litter box. He prefers it be serviced often and filled with a dust-free litter. He uses the scratching pad and scratching post and never the furniture. He will let you know when he's hungry.
He survived living outdoors by maintaining a healthy level of skepticism about anything new and that includes new people. Any potential adopter will have to meet him from a distance and be patient as it may take weeks or months before you gain his trust.
