My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Star Fish is a beautiful petite tortoiseshell short hair female approx. 3yr. Her adoption fee is $75.
She has been vet checked and spayed.
She is great with everybody and everything!
Nice cats, nice calm dogs and nice older kids.
Star’s family adopted her as a kitten then moved to a place that didn’t allow pets. Thank you to the friend that took her in to keep her out of the kill shelter.

After the typical adjustment period, Star Fish is a lover and a player. You would never guess she wasn’t still a kitten. She needs her people for attention and she needs other animals to play with. She has lots of energy and at her current foster home she is the only pet and is very lonely for friends.
She is a constant purr motor, will hang out with you all day and loves a warm lap to curl up on.
She loves interactive toys like feather on a stick and shoe lace drag as well as the Fling ama String, laser light and the $2 ‘cat dancer’ toy. She loves to play chase and hunt her toys. You can pick her up but being held is not really her thing. She is not shy about greeting you at the door or visiting with your friends. She is a petite little girl that loves her kitty treats and a tall cat tree sitting in front of the window with the sun rays beaming in. She is a cuddler and will lay next to her people.
She will also expect to share your bed.

Below information is for preventative purposes…
Too many male AND female cats are getting the
UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine.
It’s a blockage, it’s painful and if ignored will lead to death.
Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids.
A quality hard food along with a can of food a day is a must for cats to help manage their fluids. Dry foods that help maintain UTI health are Hills, Royal Canine and Purina Pro Plan and Urinary Tract Health and other quality foods.
Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment!
They need a cat tree, laser lite, inside home
