My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carmen was rescued from a banana box in Brooklyn. His extremely friendly personality leads us to believe that he was an indoor cat, but was recently dumped with a colony of community cats in a parking lot.

Carmen immediately responded positively to humans and had a huge appetite to go with his adorable, curious charm. Since his brief time on the streets, he has been neutered, vaccinated, and is FIV/FELV negative. He is estimated to be 4 years old.

Once settled in, Carmen loves to play, but also enjoys sitting on your lap or cuddled up in a cozy spot. Carmen gets along with other cats, and we'd prefer he go to a home with another cat who is a similar age (or looking for a playmate).
