Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MEET LOW RIDER!! We call this handsome man Rider, and he’s the newest addition to LFS. Rider is about 4-5 years old, great with kids, other dogs, and all kinds of people. He’s got stubby legs, almost like a Basset hound, but the personality of a lab. Rider loves attention and cuddles! He is a delightful boy who just wants to please. His foster mom says he’s the sweetest little boy, a little playful but still a little timid. He’s still figuring out all the sights and sounds of the house and neighborhood, but once you hit the couch- he’s all good! He’s not had any accidents (housetrained!), no chewing, no crating needed. But he will absolutely need a family that snuggles with their dog and lets them sleep on the furniture and in the bed. I think he would be devastated otherwise. FOSTER UPDATE!! Low Rider (we call him Rider) has settled right in at home with us and his foster sister. Rider is one of the calmest, most go with the flow foster pups we have ever had. Nothing makes him happier than being able to cuddle up right next to his human. This sweet boy just wants to be loved on! He is super friendly and gets along well with the other dogs he has met around the neighborhood. Rider is potty trained and knows basic commands. He does great at home when we have to leave him. He just hangs out on the couch till we get back and no crating necessary. He sleeps in his bed on the floor next to us at night and doesn’t make a peep until we are ready to get up. He is great in the house in general and just hangs out wherever we are. He will occasionally get a spurt of energy and grab a toy to play tug with our dog. He’s just an all around great guy and would love to be part of your family!
